Thanks to its serrated edge, our universal knife makes it easier to cut food with a crust or food with a hard/firm exterior and soft interior, such as tomatoes, kiwis, grapefruit or plums. The serrated edge has also been optimised. The serrations are close together near the handle – for effective cutting through firmer peel, such as tomatoes. The cutting edge is wider in the centre of the blade. This enables a smooth cut through the food. The cutting edge is straight at the tip, which ensures optimum slicing. Thanks to our new Universal Knife Mouse, you can now sharpen your serrated knives yourself.
